To protect the purity of our perfume oils and maintain strict hygiene standards, we enforce the following policy:
No Refunds
Mackspring Fragrance does not issue refunds under any circumstance. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Product dissatisfaction not related to damage
No Returns
For hygiene and contamination prevention:
Opened or unopened products are not eligible for return.
Products cannot be returned once they leave our store or are delivered to the customer.
No Stockpiling
We do not accept bulk return attempts or “stockpiling” of products for later exchange or refund.
Complaints Window
If there is an issue with your order:
Complaints sent after this window cannot be processed.
You must report it within 24 hours of receiving the product.
