Delivery Policy
Yes. we deliver orders within our delivery coverage areas.
Delivery fees are based on location. Customers whose locations are listed on our website will see the delivery cost at checkout. Customers in far areas or locations not listed on the website will pay GHC15 fee for delivery to a nearby bus station or parcel office (e.g., Circle, Kaneshie), and delivery payment will be made upon arrival.
Orders are scheduled for delivery based on the next available delivery day after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are made between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information. Any changes to delivery details must be communicated on time to avoid delays
