No. all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Our fragrances are personal-use products. once opened or handled outside our store, they may become contaminated. to protect our customers and maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns.

If you experience any issues with your order, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can review the matter appropriately.

No. for hygiene and safety reasons, products that leave our store cannot be returned or exchanged.

No. stockpiling or bulk holding of products for resale or other purposes is not permitted unless officially approved by mackspring fragrance.

No. opened or used products are strictly not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Delivery Policy

Yes. we deliver orders within our delivery coverage areas.

We deliver on tuesday, thursday, and saturday.

Orders are scheduled for delivery based on the next available delivery day after payment confirmation.

Delivery is free for orders above ghc 1,000. orders below ghc 1,000 attract a delivery fee, which will be communicated during checkout.

 

Deliveries are made between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

 

Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information. any changes to delivery details must be communicated on time to avoid delays
